How to assemble the Gecko WXL case


Assemble Front Panel, Back Panel, Top Panel and Bottom Panel together as shown in the picture.
Secure with 12 M3x8 screws.

Install the Main Plate as shown in the picture by fixing it with 4 screws M4x10 and 4 pieces M3x8.
The Sub Connector may turn out of position while screwing the M3x8, use one hand to hold it while tightening the screw.

Install 8 stand off 12mm according to the position in the picture. Hold the Stand off in one hand and use the other hand to tighten the M3x8 screw from the back.

Install the I/O Shield that came with the motherboard.

Install the motherboard with 8 M3x6 screws. If the holes overlap, loosen the M3x8 screws on the back first then tighten it back on after install the motherboard.

Install the 120mm fan on the back plate using the screws that came with the fan.

Insert one end of the Power Chord into the slot of the Back Plate as shown and secure with 2 M3x8 screws.

Remove the Top Panel first (5 M3x8 screws) to make it easier to install the Tower Cooler.

If using a Dual Tower Cooler, install the front fan as low as possible. (Fan sits on the RAM)

Install the SSD to the PSU Bracket with four M3x6 screws.
Insert the end of the Power Plug cable into the PSU Bracket and firmly insert it into the SFX PSU.
Secure the SFX PSU to the PSU Bracket with four 6-32 screws.
Attach the PSU Bracket to the Main Plate and secure with four M3x8 screws.
Close the Top Panel cover (5 x M3x8 screws).


Install USB A and Power Switch by inserting it into the front panel slot as shown in the picture.
Secure USB A with 1 M3x8 screw and lock the Power Switch with M16 nut as shown in the picture.
One end of the Power Switch cable is attached to the PWR and the two end of the cable is to the PWR LED on the motherboard.


Remove GPU Lock from Back Panel.
Remove the Bottom Panel (5 x M3x8 screws).
If the GPU is longer than 300mm, it is recommended to remove the Front Panel as shown in the picture, it will be easier to insert the GPU.
Install the GPU and attach GPU Lock with two M3x12 screws.
Secure the GPU to GPU Lock with M3x6 screws.


Install the GPU Sag Bracket on the Front Panel as shown in the picture.
Slide the GPU Sag Bracket, push the end of the GPU slightly up and lock it with the M3x12 screw and T-Nut on the front.

If using a tower cooler, one 120x15mm fan can be installed on the top. It is not recommended to install two because the tower cooler will draw cool air through the top as well.

Close the side cover with 4 screws M4x10.
